The 60-second version

What is an orchestrator, anyway?

Press play. No jargon, no slides. One company, one customer, and what changes when an orchestrator joins the team.

You already know this idea

Every busy place has someone in the middle.

An orchestrator is an AI agent that sits between your customers, your people, and your software. It doesn't replace them. It makes sure the right one does the right job, in the right order.

Like a conductor

It keeps everyone in time.

A conductor plays no instrument. They make sure each section comes in at the right moment. The orchestrator does that for your systems and your people.

Like air traffic control

Nothing collides. Nothing gets lost.

Every request has a path, an owner, and a place to land. If a path is unsafe, it holds the plane and calls a person.

Like a kitchen expediter

The right plate, to the right table.

Orders come in from everywhere. The expediter checks each one, sends it to the right station, and makes sure what leaves the pass is right.

Why it matters as you grow

Headcount grows in a line. Coordination grows in a curve.

Every new person is someone else to brief, chase, and wait on. Soon you're hiring people just to manage the hand-offs. Drag the slider and watch it happen.

Same office. Drag to see the difference.

Left: every desk tied to every other desk, and a manager stuck in the middle. Right: one orchestrator holds the threads, so people can get on with the work.

The same office, calm, with one glowing orchestrator connected cleanly to every desk.
An office where every desk is tied to every other desk with string, and people wait on each other.
Without an orchestrator With an orchestrator

Same request, two companies

“I'd like a refund.” Watch the clock.

On the left, the request travels from person to person. On the right, the orchestrator checks the order, checks your policy, and does it, while your team keeps working.

How it works

Five steps, every time.

Follow one real-looking message from the moment it arrives to the moment it's solved.

Ask it yourself

Pick a question. Or try to break it.

This is a demo of the orchestrator answering questions about itself. Every answer comes with a picture.

The rules it can't bend

Six things it will never do.

These aren't settings someone can switch off. They're built into how it works.

  • Grant itself a tool

If a system isn't connected, or is read-only, the action never happens. No prompt can unlock it.

  • Break your policy

A $400 refund against a $200 limit is stopped and sent to a person, not quietly paid.

  • Keep a customer from a person

Ask for a human and you get one, with the full thread. This can't be switched off.

  • Guess when it isn't sure

If the answer isn't in your systems or your knowledge base, it says so and hands over.

  • Act without a receipt

Every lookup and change is logged: which system, what changed, who allowed it.

  • Learn without your OK

It can suggest new answers from what your team does. Nothing goes live until a person approves it.

Pricing

You pay when it's solved.

Not per message, not per attempt. A resolution is priced by what it took. Handing a conversation to a person costs nothing.

Grow the company. Not the bureaucracy.
